Just die already!

"Why won't you die!" the unknown girl, who looked almost the same as TD, screamed out as she tried to slice Techno Death's head off.
"Who are you?! Why do you want me to die so much!" Techno yelled back as she blocked the other's tonfa scythes.
"I'm you, you idiot!" The girl stopped her attacks and TD's eyes widened as she stared at the girl, who was also known as Techno Death.
"You can't be-"
"Oh?! Then think of a reason why you can't remember all your bad memories you wanted to forget! Or why I never remember the good memories!"
"W-What bad memories? I...I..."
"See?! You can't! Do you know how bad it is to ALWAYS remember the bad things?! Getting nightmares about those memories?! Coughing up blood from these nervous breakdowns and attempts to kill myself?! What about.... What about never remembering ANYTHING good?! Not even the friends you try to make?!" The girl started to choke on her words.
"You... remember all the bad memories, while I stay with the good...?" TD stared in disbelief that something like this could even happen.
"Oh, so you actually are getting all of this!" The girl started to attack TD again.
"How did this even happen?!"
"You can't remember that too?! Do you remember a song called "iSaNiTY"?"
"That song..."
"Ah, you remember! How about when you needed to forget about the bullying?!" She paused for a moment, then chuckled. "Hah, of course you don't! Because I do! I was the one who stopped you from remembering all that! Thanks to that damn file, I WAS BORN! I stored all those memories for you!" She paused again, then spoke in a low tone. "But I'm sick of all that."
"You want to remember all the good things now." TD continued for her. "So that's why you're attacking me, aren't you?"
"You're a smart cookie." The girl chuckled again. "The only damn way for me to do that, is to kill you." She ran at TD again, and this time, she was able to get her scythes on each side of TD's neck. TD knew that would happen, and she held up her scythe to block the girl's. Both of their weapons were at each other's neck.
"Kill me, and I'll kill you too. We'll both die, and there will be no more memories for both of us. And no more Techno Death." TD stated calmly, even though on the inside, she would never want that to happen.


What happens next? Who knows? That's for your imagination to decide.

Something that the girl doesn't know is that she is just a storage device for the bad memories, not the good. It would never happen, even if TD did die. TD is the original, and she is the one to choose which memories she wants to keep. When the copy is killed, then TD will remember all those horrid memories, whether she wants to or not. Including ones that she regrets.

I've been having this scene in my head for a while now, but I wasn't able to really make it how I wanted it. I didn't find a good stage, so I BS'd it.

Ever wondered why TD's happy a day or so after a horrible event? When you sleep, your brain goes over the events of that day, so it can store them. For TD, it sorts out the memories to send over to the other TD.
